Kagome Beanie

"Kagome" means the mesh of a basket weaved with bamboo. This beanie’s pattern is just like a traditional Japanese basket as life tool.
Hat is knit in the round from bottom up, starting brim in garter stitch followed by cable patterns for crown.

- Approximately 180 (220) yards, 165 (200) m, 2 (2) balls of GENMOU (165 yards / 151 m, 50g)

- A US 2 (3 mm) 32” / 80 cm (or longer) circular needle, A US 7 (4.5 mm) 32” / 80 cm (or longer) circular needle, Or needles to obtain gauge
- Gauge(after blocking)
- 20 stitches & 40 rows = 4” / 10 cm in garter stitch with smaller needle, 20 stitches & 34 rows = 4” / 10 cm in cable pattern with larger needle
